Lock No. 3

This week's Blip theme is Locks which has a surprising number of uses including the thing that keeps a door shut, a piece of hair, and a device for lifting a canal boat up or down by using Archimedes principles. For me, the last one is the most interesting and when you put a couple of iconic statues behind a canal lock with a boat halfway up, it seems to do the job.
