You Can't Hide from Hard Work

Thursday, I had work....and Sugar stayed home.  She had a bit of a hard morning....but couldn't really tell me what the trouble way.  I think she was just emotional, and little things upset her.  Things turned around for her in the afternoon, and she happily started stacking firewood with her dad before I got home.  I joined them, and we had some laughs along with the hard work.  Sugar is an excellent firewood stacker.  I think it is her super power.  She is really good at puzzles, so I think this sort of work appeals to her.  

We had a nice dinner together, and packed Sugar up for a trip to the farm with one of her cousins.  She is trying to soak up the last bit of summer for sure.
