View behind the cover...

I thought this would easily pass as an art installation; though the placement is not exactly right (behind an urinal!)...
But in a drab government office like mine, art installations does not figure on budget list; thus, this one is just going to be a temporary view whilst we pee...
In all fairness, it was actually interesting to see what all lies beneath the cover!
