Sporty Saturday

A double super Sheffield sporty whammy today: 

1st up was Sheffield United taking on Derby County with a quality 3-1 win.  A game that Derby handed to us with three defensive mistakes, but the Blades were the better team and deserved it.  The Jnrs and I thought it was one of the best games we'd seen for a long time for entertainment value.

2nd up were the Steelers - an exhibition game and a £5 a head night.  Apart from a 30 min delay to face-off due to organisational issues and a 40 min delay to the 3rd period due to ice issues it was a corker.  They won 5-4 and we finally got home at 23:00 all tired, but full of Sheffield pride.
