Munchie Mix

Preferable photo to the alternative*, my latest supply of munchie mix, to be sprinkled on my fruit and yoghurt, or anything else that needs a bit of crunch. This is made of sunflower seeds, green pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and linseed, lightly toasted.

* Roughly 2kg of dog poo removed from the back garden of a house that has lain vacant for over a year. Problem is, some of it was fresh...I've been monitoring it for a few days and now have the camera set up to see how the offender is gaining access.
