The thing I love about parkrun is that it is very inclusive. At Fell Foot we have runners from age 4 upwards. This is Conrad one of the stalwarts of the course and in his early 80s still runs a respectable 5 k time (in fact for a while he was beating me!). An inspiration and I hope I am still able to run when I am past retirement age...
