At long last

We have been looking for a good pork pie for years. I suppose it was inevitable that we should have to wait until we reached England to find a proper pie. This one came from Sunnyhills farm shop in Belford and scored highly on the pie scale, dropping points only for the lack of jelly. Went down a treat washed down by the local IPA.

Off to Sweethope Loughs tomorrow, to hide away for the remainder of the holiday weekend. Am armed with Smidge and headnets. Planning to buy Wild Boar Sausage before leaving Sunnyhills and fingers crossed for BBQ weather.
