The view from The Terrace...

... which is a great place for a coffee after leading a U3A Urban walk and before a very long lunch with a friend. While at lunch the restaurateur mentioned the date of the next evening trip on the Petit Train which is followed by a meal at La Piazza (where we had lunch today). We'd wanted to go so after we left the restaurant we walked down to the kiosk on the pier and secured our tickets. A good day all round.
