Infrared @ Badbury Clump

So, this is the first outing for the DIY IR Pi at Badbury Clump. I'm quite pleased with the results, but I think that the lack of focus, and thus the lack of sharpness is going to grate on me quite quickly. I'm not 100% sure if this is because of the settings or the fact this is an 8MP camera compared to the 20MP of my phone or camera, I think that the Android app isn't working fully as well - it seems that somethings I change don't actually make any difference.
