The Gym

Zebedee and I spent the afternoon together, we met Beatrix at Kingston College to discuss how best to support him when he starts his personal trainer course, Zebedee has recently been diagnosed with ADHD and he also has Dyslexia so needs help staying focussed, he has always been an excellent visual learner, learning from films etc but not so much from text. 
Beatrix had lots of good ideas, she also showed us the Gym at the college which Zebedee said was 'decent'.
Then we had a Nandos, my first, it was very tasty.
Then we bought him some stationary for school.
Then we bought the new Queen of the Stoneage album on vinyl for Max.
Then we bought groceries.
Max made curry and we watched Donnie Brasco.
