Courtship!

What a great day today was.

Sebastian and Sarah came back for the weekend, arriving last night.

Today we decided to go to Oamaru for a day trip.  We played at the park, climbed rocks and ran around on the beach, then visited the Steampunk Museum.

On the spur of the moment we decided that we may was well drive the half hour further south to see yellow-eyed penguins (hoiho).  Sarah had never seen them in the wild before, and we know that I can never resist penguins!

Sebastian was more interested by the rabbits and seals - but at least that's proof there was plenty of wildlife!
