'Baking on A Wet Tuesday.............'

I would like to say a huge 'thank you' to all our friends on Blip photo on behalf of myself and son for all your good wishes yesterday.....
His first day was great and today even better..... so hopefully he has made the right choice and will be very happy there!
Just a quick Blip tonight as these very early mornings are 'catching' up on us and will take a bit of getting used to............!
Today I baked some soda bread with mozzarella, bacon and chilli and experimented with some cookies using up some fudge squares and chocolate 'bits' floating around....
The end result was delicious in both cases!!!!!!!!!!
Kitty spent the day either asleep 'on me' or on his chair....to wet to go out!
Where is all this blasted rain coming from??????????? Sick of it...
