Quiet pint

Came back to night and went out for my first run in 6 weeks. Was hard work especially as I had running drills to do during the run. Took Kilda out fro  a walk and then J went back for a bath and quiet night in. I headed over to 6 degrees north to meet RD for a couple of pints as FM is away. Kilda enjoyed herself in the pub as she is allowed to sit on the seats.
