If only...

Another day with a bad back and a creakingly laborious walk without camera.

I did get to the pharmacy and get some codeine today but it hadn't kicked in by the time we set off.

I would have absolutely LOVED to have got a good clear shot of these learner surfers standing in this lovely curve but - hey ho - life throws these little disappointments at us.
Anyway, they made me smile as we walked along the beach and heard their little squeaks of joy before the difficult climb up to the carpark.

I got marginally more done today than yesterday and am feeling a little more positive.
(maybe it's the drugs... ;o) )
