Today Mum, Dad and I went to Johnstons of Elgin to go on a tour of the mill.

Even though the weather was awful I had fun on the tour.

After the tour we went to the coffee shop and I had a Diet Coke.

I learnt that Johnstons is the only vertical* mill left in Scotland.

* vertical mill means processing the raw material to production of finished garments.
