Went to help my friend H with her garden.  It was a nice day and she only lives four miles away so I decided to walk.  My route took me through the braids.  It was so hot that I stopped to cool off and dip my feet in the river.  Had it been socially acceptable I'd have been in for a swim.

Good gardening followed by fizz and a barbecue.
