THE TREE HERON.

Started off a dry walk, just damp underfoot, but on the way home on came the dreaded rain and it has not gone off all day. Managed to get housework done which was overdue, so did not waste the day. Meeting up for a meal out with my niece (Game of Thrones make up artist) on Sunday and hopefully one son is coming also. They have not seen each other since they were babies, so that will be nice, and the rest of the family are hopefully going to make it next week. Will try and get a photo of her this time.
Hope you like my heron sitting up the tree, not much to see on the canal at the moment.
The extra was  on the way home and shows that the leaves are now falling.
