A busy day with a visit to the chiropractor and then spiritual director (40 mins drive each way).

Then met with a woman who is going through a rough patch, followed by a Skype call with my coach/mentor, finally finishing with listening to another woman who is doing it tough.

Now collapsed on the couch!
