A GREY DAY:

So I've gone for colour. I have told you how I love the South African flora & this is Leucodendron 'Inca Gold', again.......only more of it this time. With me, it is a very sprawling shrub, but no matter how much it sprawls, I adore it ! Behind it is a beautiful white camellia 'Coronation'. A couple of days ago I cut several branches of pristine flowers & brought them inside. Although they are no longer battling the elements, I am very disappointed to find all their petals have gone brown, whereas the flowers left on the tree remain a pristine white.
