Trompe l'oeil

Walking along Multrees Walk today towards the, now demolished, St James Centre, I came across this hoarding presumably showing what will be there in the future. Looks very good and I was quite taken in for a moment.
The only only thing missing from the projection is the large copper monstrosity of an hotel which will dominate the view in all directions
