Wonder Wall

I was quite surprised today, after several recent days of poor weather, to find that the Wall butterflies were still around.

This one is showing a bright orange flash of the upper wing at the top of the picture, and the exquisitely jewelled underwing below.

They seem to like the marjoram that I allow to grow everywhere.
