Brunssummerheide

We traveled an hour by bus to go to the heathland to walk there, enjoying the blooming and find some geocaches. The heathland is not such a large area, perhaps only four square kilometers. It is different than our usual surroundings and it even smells differently.
We've found five caches. That's great, but there are more, and undoubtedly we will return next year in the late summer. The heathland is on its best when the flowers are in bloom. I even tried out a setting on my camera which brightens up the colours.
