Is Vic There?

Department S, 1981, in case you were wondering.

Vic 32 was back amongst us for the first time in a while. I believe its the only wartime steam powered 'puffer' extant. It's brilliant to see when in full steam billowing black smoke all over the place. And, unlike Department S, it seems to have survived. (I assume 'Vic' was for Victory.)
