Reflective
Hospital today to see the results of last week's hand surgery for Mr P and all is looking good.
Huge bandage removed to reveal lots of neat needlework and the wound cleaned.
Occupational Therapist seen and splint made for sleeping in .
Physiotherapist happy that Mr P knows all the exercises he needs to do from previous ops and we don't have to go back for a month unless there are any problems.
Great service once again, all done within an hour.
Then some shopping, linen trousers and a linen shirt for Mr P, heavily reduced in the last of the sales. He also got another pair of trousers and some shorts.
Hope he can wear them in Wales as we can now go back for a few days in September without being constricted by hospital appointments. We usually get some warm weather in this month so fingers crossed.
Linen top found its way into my bag too and a new purse to replace my broken one.
Coffee and a great warm sandwich (avocado, goats cheese and roasted veg) from La Bottega Milanese then the train home.
On the way to the station we passed The Bourse, l've blipped this nearly two years ago but l always think the windows are worth reflecting on!
Decided against cropping it.
Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.
