Liver little......

.....it's going to be Spicy Turkish Liver for tea tonight but I've made my own spice mix for the seasoned flour (aide memoire : 1tsp each black pepper/pomegranate powder/dehydrated lemon zest/paprika/celery salt/cumin EDIT: worked a treat but would have been even better with a tsp bog standard salt as well!) mainly because I'm constitutionally incapable of following a recipe 'as is'.....I'm still sneezing from the mixing process, that pepper gets everybloodywhere......

Tripping the (VERY!) light domestic today......degunking the vac can wait until tomorrow.....at the very least.......
