Success at the Estuary
After we had watched Grand-daughter Sophie take out 3rd place in her schools cross country race this morning, we went back to the estuary for our walk - this time with the memory card in the camera.
Today there were spoonbills to be seen, but fewer kingfishers. There was also a pair of swans with their clutch of cygnets. The main blip is a spoonbill and the sole kingfisher we saw is in the extras. There was much discussion which one should be the main blip - the spoonbill got the most votes.
