It's what time?

Where has the day gone again? Very busy at work. Some of the darker side of midwifery coming through today. People often say 'oh what a lovely job you have' and for most of the time I absolutely love it. But there is a sad side to it sometimes, and I seem to have seen rather at lot of it recently.
All of a sudden it's blip o'clock and it's already dark outside. So here we have my Chinese lanterns in the garden already ripening, well it is almost autumn!
