In full spate

After last night's downpour the Auldhouse Burn in Rouken Glen Park was in full spate. Good to have a walk with L this morning as we both searched for a possible blip.

A very brief visit to the dentist .... yipee!  No shingles vaccination .... the sister told me that I wasn't well enough and to come back when I was feeling 'really well'!  Thought I better do something to improve my health so saw my GP who told me that my blood oxygen levels and blood pressure were both excellent but the lungs weren't quite right ..... a course of antibiotics should see me fighting fit again ..... SOON!
