Me and my girl

We enjoyed our day trip to Dymchurch last week so much that we went back there today.

L was so excited to be back on the beach - she danced about on the empty sand, squealed as we revealed sand castles and was very interested in a little sea snail that was amongst the seaweed on one of the wooden posts. We all had a lovely time.

The tide came right in at lunchtime and the beach disappeared so we had a walk along the lower promenade, watching the waves splash about.
