#Day 4
Viens is a perched, fortified village, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in southeastern France. It has a 13th-century chateau and the linked village houses are integrated into the 11th-century walls, which circle other houses and cobblestoned streets. There are many narrow streets to explore, with old doors, even older doorways and small squares. Only a few shops are there, but one which is interesting sells nothing but varieties of honey.
I spent the morning sitting across from it painting these old houses. I bought some lavender honey as well!
