Headshaking

Spent a good part of the day wandering around Edinburgh during the festival.  Town was chockablock, as you'd expect.  Came across these chaps on the Royal Mile, wearing hats with a long streamer attached to a rod and swivel.  With not much effort, the ribbons would fly around their heads in circles.
