Toffee

I have been saving this packet of Skor toffee chips that I bought (ahem) in Canada in 2014 for something special. Now of course they've expired so straight into chocolate chip cookie squares they go. They would have been better sprinkled fresh over a cream cheese frosted carrot cake.
