Before the flood

A run along the coast path and then we met up with D (https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2346764707567765633) for lunch and a good chat at the Gylly cafe.
While we waited for the sun to come out properly, we walked into town and C booked a hairdressing appointment. (Later she read the reviews and cancelled it, in favour of another salon). Then a nice few hours reading on the beach...
