Spring flourish

Even though I’m not all that keen on super-clever cardistry in the context of magic (I feel as though that takes it away from an engaging joint process, towards a “hey look at my orsome skillz!” sort of thing), I have been wanting to learn to do a spring flourish: making the cards leap from one hand to the other. All my attempts have been failures, until last night I watched a video by a magician named Chris Ramsay on YouTube. One of his tutorial videos was about the spring flourish, and I'm suddenly a thousand percent better.
