A Sporty Sort of Day

Went to Lea Valley White Water Centre and took this shot before doing a 10,000 step walk. 
Then went to Selhurst Park to watch Crystal Palace (hubby's team) knock Ipswich Town out of the League Cup. See extra. That was my first ever visit to a footie match :)
