Ice Cream Cake

I went to my Great Aunt V's for a party tonight. It was a belated birthday party for me, my Great Uncle D and my Uncle N (whilst he is in the country) as we have all had a birthday in the last few weeks. Great Aunt V had made us this wonderful ice-cream cake. It was delicious, especially the mango layer. I'm hoping Uncle N will visit again soon so that we can have another one :-)
