Rebuilding

We left home at 9.30 to allow enough time for finding a parking space at the Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford. Even though we now have the Blue Badge, it's by no means guaranteed that there will be anywhere free when we need it. Luckily we didn't have to drive around too long to find a space, and arrived half an hour early for Mum's dressings appointment. She was seen three minutes early, and back out in only ten with stitches removed (apparently one long one done in blanket stitch!) and some steri-strips in place. It looks like the surgeon did a neat job.

After lunch at home, we did our weekly shop at Sainsbury's and enjoyed a cup of tea. My toothache is still bothersome, as are the insect bites on my face which are making it feel very sensitive. Feeling tired and headachey all day today.
