Tiny Tuesday-favorite snack!

Thank you to everyone for all the love on my sunrise yesterday...I'm so glad you enjoyed it as much as I did!
Al and I are eating healthier, and trying to concentrate on foods that are one ingredient.   Both of us are feeling better and thinner, so that's great.   Best of all, we look forward to eating the healthy options now and don't feel deprived.
This is my current go-to chip....baked apple!!   I love it.
