Operation get fit

A minor coup at the hospital today and the Consultant agreed that there is more to my breathing issue than meets the eye and more tests are booked. It’s only taken 12 years to get noticed. He has asked me to push myself more in the fitness department to help prove the point.

So keep an eye on me to make sure the fitness regime does not slip please. I have just done my first jog for ages......
