Donnington Castle.

This morning I visited a favourite place that I had not been to in a while. Donnington Castle, although it is only really the gatehouse that remains of this 14th century castle, it is in a wonderful high position and has a superb atmosphere. It is a great place to let the imagination run wild to try and envisage what it must have been like hundreds of years ago.
