Lunch at the Zoo

We left home just after 7.00 am this morning to pick up our eldest granddaughter and took her to the zoo.  It was very busy and she had a super time running here and there.  Her favourite she said was the seals, playing in the sand- having a paddle and the butterflies.  We were going to have pizzas for lunch but unfortunately there was a 40 min wait so we would have had time.  So we had burgers instead,  Then in to the shop where she bought a teddy and a lion for her sister.  Then on to meet up with her mum and home.

It was a mostly overcast day and although I was at the zoo I didn't have much chance to take pictures so this butterfly having his lunch is the best I could do.  Taken on my iphone.
