My colleague Rhys has started making himself jars of salad for lunch and I couldn't resist stealing this one for today's blip. I did give it back, though! They look so super tasty!

Edit to add: Rhys tells me it's not actually him that makes these delicious and healthy lunches, it's his lovely lady!

Edit to also add: today is a good day! I just received my copy of 'digital photographer's handbook' by Tom Ang. It is part of the prize I won in a competition for my photograph of ants on a lollipop. The book's really good, very comprehensive, I'm sure I'll learn a lot. Yay!
