Solar silliness...

I had gotten the proper glasses ....five pair and dispersed to friends etc. ...then I went down to a friend's home where we set up preparations to watch the solar eclipse with our super duper approved eclipse glasses.  We thought it would get darker than it did....we did see the yellow crescent sun shapes......and we did most definitely feel the drop in temperature when it was 92% covered by the moon.  You can see silver collanders on the ground ...because I saw in an old blip from fellow blipper Meles where the shadows through one looked cool...not so much with ours ha ha!  
  It was exciting....and silly and spectacular.  These were taken in Renton , Wa.  where we were to see 92% :)
