The View From Summerhall
Another day of Festival fun.
TM chose a free Fringe show this morning: it turned out not to be what we expected. That's normal for the Fringe, but this was an hour of English grammar. Litotes and synecdoche, and many many more, which I once knew, and have long forgotten, and now I have forgotten them again. Was it funny - well, not really.
Up to Summerhall to look at the exhibitions there and have lunch. TM bumped into his former art teacher - aged 87 and performing in his own one-man show. Unfortunately we had missed it.
This evening we went to the Bert Jansh Tribute Night - it was very good.
In all this, I didn't manage to take many pictures - just this back-to-front view from the stairs at Summerhall.
