Mono Monday 187

Didn't go anywhere to shoot a blip today, sat on my front porch and watched the eclipse.  The pond is right by the front porch, so not too much effort there.

The eclipse was only about 99% here in Vancouver/Portland.  I had the glasses and watched the entire thing.  Through the glasses it looked like the moon.  It was very interesting and eerie to have the street lights come on and the long shadows.  The temperature also dropped noticeably. 

Thank you all for the comments/stars on yesterdays blip and well wishes for son's first day of college, all went well as far as I can tell.
