Ready or not

So our flight landed at Glasgow Airport just after 3am and we finally arrived home just before 5am. We all crawled into bed to try to sleep and amazingly I managed to nod off till about 11am.

Hadn't heard a peep from Ethan and was a bit worried when I checked his room to find him not there and his bed made. Amazed to find him downstairs with Obi, quietly watching tv. He said as me & Hubbie were asleep when he woke up he thought we needed to sleep more so he didn't want to wake us! First time for everything,bless him!

We had a quiet day, meeting up with some of his friends at Bellsquarry Park for an hour in the afternoon. I took him to his football club in Blackburn but by then I was dipping.

Seriously tired this evening and labelling his new uniform and getting his schoolbag ready for tomorrow has just about finished me off! Not sure I'm ready for him to start P4 tomorrow - upper school already - aaargh!
