House martin babies

Under one of the beach hut roofs at Sutton on Sea were 3 house Martin nests. They were oh so cute and I watched the parents busily feeding them - see my extra. I love the way the adult bird is opening the beak to stuff an insect down!
A beautiful day at the coast as I walked along the prom to Sutton and back on the sand as the high tide was coming in.
