Sunflower

No eclipse photos, no special glasses, but a flower dedicated to the sun.


I waved good bye for now to Cheri as she headed north to Vermont. I'm waiting for a text soon to tell me she has arrived home safely to her bees and family. Clark and Donna have arrived home from Machiasport as well as Sarah, Nora and David.


David has a drone and shot some great video over the house in Machiasport and a couple of great still photos. In this still you can see our house, the left twin on the hill below the side of the church. This one is directly overhead. Folks who have looked at my Maine vacation postings will recognize the cemetery and church on the top of Trafton's Hill.
