Great Wave Mural, Camberwell, London

Created by Dominic Swords in 1998. Based on the famous Great Wave or to give it the correct title "Under the Wave off Kanagawa", by Japanese artist Hokusai.

A few years ago, there was a chemical explosion in the building below the mural, which caused significant damage. When renovated, the artist added the exploding Mount Fuji to mark the incident.
