Firstly sincere apologies for my lack of comments - I'm sure I will feel better soon. In fact my arm is a bit better today which was good as the centre rang me wondering if I should pay them a visit - I said I was fine or at least I would be. So another jab tonight & hopefully that will fix the problem.

We had Zak for the day today from 0745 until 1700hrs - we are both tired.
